As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access control, report concerns, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering a customer-focused experience. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders within a logistics and distribution location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns for reporting.
- Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle and pedestrian access, verify required credentials and/or paperwork, and direct traffic flow as needed to support orderly site operations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance, documenting facts, and completing required notifications.
- Perform routine security-related checks such as observing cargo staging areas, doors, gates, and trailer areas, and complete accurate activity logs and incident reports.
