You will conduct routine patrols across assigned areas, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, support access control and badge activity, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required by site procedures, and report access concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete routine reports and shift logs, communicate significant activity during post turnover, and support security-related audits and/or compliance requirements common to financial services environments.
