As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas.
Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards observed during patrols.
Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
