As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with teams and site contacts, and deliver standout customer service to employees and visitors. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and client requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating notifications and/or escalation per post orders.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor management processes, and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts during shift turnovers.
