As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct regular patrols, support a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.
Collaborate with facility staff and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns within the location.
Support the enforcement of access control procedures and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
