As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will also deliver strong customer service through clear communication with team members, visitors, and site leadership. Requirements
- Have 2+ years of security experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the chain of command as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, parking areas, and perimeter fencing as directed by post orders.
- Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing deliveries and contractors to the appropriate check-in process.
- Complete required reports and logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
