As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and support a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Requirements

• Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience OR 2+ years' security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years' security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal protocols, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and industrial operations for unusual conditions, support visitor and contractor check-in and/or badge verification as assigned, and assist with traffic and delivery flow when needed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs on patrol activity, incidents, equipment issues, and policy violations, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.
