As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with site staff and/or emergency personnel as needed to address incidents or concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
