As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Lifting more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any irregularities.
Assist in maintaining order and protecting property within the location by observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or potential hazards.
Communicate clearly with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and incidents.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties.
