Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a financial services location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, remain highly visible to help to deter incidents, and report unusual activity. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and control access points by checking identification and/or visitor authorization, issuing visitor badges, and directing visitors to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol activity, incident documentation, and observations of hazards and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate updates to site management.
