You will complete routine vehicle patrols and visible rounds, document security-related activity, assist with access control, and communicate clearly with teams on site. With integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach, you will help to deter incidents while delivering reliable, customer-focused support throughout the shift.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Security Experience ‐ 6+ Months is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following assigned post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or emergency services as required.
Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the location, including offices, lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, as working conditions may vary by site.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns and helping to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage.
Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs of patrol activity, incidents, and client requests, using required tools and/or systems.
