Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the property. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment in line with our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document observations and/or incidents as required by site protocols.
• Communicate and interact with tenants, visitors, and property management personnel to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence at the location to help to deter unauthorized activities.
