As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and tenants. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols around the location.
Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and/or staff while maintaining a visible presence throughout the property.
Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
