As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for any unusual activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols according to Allied Universal procedures.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or identification of individuals entering the premises as required by site policies.
Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency evacuations or drills, providing guidance and direction as needed.
