As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and assist with access and incident response while delivering strong customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and coordinating with site contacts and/or responding authorities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, unusual conditions, and policy violations.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and managing visitor sign-in and/or badge procedures according to site requirements.
• Complete detailed written reports and shift logs, including patrol findings, incidents, and daily activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
