As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and partners, document observations, and respond to concerns with a customer-first approach. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter points, checking for unusual activity and/or conditions that could lead to loss.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, managing visitor sign-in processes, and directing deliveries to the proper receiving areas.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs, communicate security-related information during shift transitions, and coordinate with Allied Universal supervision and site management as needed.
