As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service.   • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as required.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as part of security-related reporting protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on security-related procedures and best practices relevant to the technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
