As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and uphold site-specific policies and procedures.
