As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, document observations, and respond to requests with strong customer service. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter points, noting and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing delivery and contractor activity, and documenting arrivals and departures per site requirements.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Complete routine security-related reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate observations and handoffs to oncoming personnel.
