As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining approachable and visible. You will provide outstanding customer service, respond promptly to situations, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any irregularities or unusual situations encountered during patrols or while monitoring the premises.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information as needed, promoting a welcoming environment.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents, hazards, or security-related concerns.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
