As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing visible support throughout the facility. You will conduct routine patrols, offer exceptional customer service, and maintain open communication with staff and visitors. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the location, addressing questions or concerns as needed.
Document incidents, observations, and/or activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.
