You will engage guests and tenants with strong customer service, clear communication, and quick reporting of concerns. Requirements

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies at a retail or mall location, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; assist with access control and crowd flow during peak shopping periods and special events.
• Complete timely reports of incidents, observations, and service calls, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
