Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age for this role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel with access-related inquiries.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any unusual conditions.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities and communicate with local authorities or site management as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues within the logistics and distribution environment.
