As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-end retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support store teams with clear communication and quick response. You will greet and assist customers, document unusual activity, and partner with teammates to deliver a premium experience. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, back of house corridors, and exterior perimeter areas as assigned; conditions may vary by location.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and/or service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report issues to site leadership and/or local responders when needed.
- Monitor access points, fitting room and stockroom entry areas, and high-traffic zones; observe and report unusual activity to help to deter loss and/or policy violations.
- Complete shift activity reports, incident documentation, and pass-down communication, and support store opening and closing routines per site-specific post orders.
