As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in welcoming visitors and supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being at least 21 years of age is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or credentials of visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and providing information or directions as needed.
Communicate professionally with all individuals entering or exiting the location, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures for healthcare environments.
