As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the facility. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any issues that arise at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences as per Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address security-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
Remain alert to potential hazards and/or security-related risks, responding appropriately based on site-specific procedures.
