As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and guests, manage access credentials, answer calls, and support visitor registration while keeping detailed logs. You will observe cameras and lobby activity, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with property staff and first responders as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk of a commercial property by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors; manage access control by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and/or coordinating guest entry per site procedures.
Monitor lobby activity and building systems such as cameras and alarms as assigned, reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or responding authorities to help to deter unwanted activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating updates to property management and/or supervisors.
Answer phones, route calls, manage deliveries and service requests, and complete required logs and reports in a timely, professional manner.
