As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to situations with professionalism and care. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, equipment issues, and suspicious activity to appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
• Control access at gates, doors, and vehicle entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per post orders.
• Complete routine documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
