As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to a positive experience for all visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the opportunity to be part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the location, documenting findings as required by Allied Universal.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
Assist with access control for employees and visitors, verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site protocols.
Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations to help to maintain an orderly environment within the financial institution.
