As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the site, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication. This is a driving post and offers the opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic environment where teamwork and integrity are highly valued. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sun 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the overall environment of the logistics and distribution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure atmosphere.
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other key areas within the logistics and distribution location as assigned.
Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols or while on post.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address any security-related concerns or issues as they arise.
