Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Join Allied Universal supporting a commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with clear communication and a customer-first approach. You will document observations, assist tenants and visitors, and partner with site teams using agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. A valid driver’s license is required. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access concerns, disturbances, and property-related issues. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns. Monitor and document activity using daily reports and incident reports, communicating notable conditions to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision. Control access where assigned by observing entry points, checking credentials as directed, and assisting with visitor guidance and/or tenant inquiries. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements
