As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms, calls for service, and access concerns with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will represent an agile, reliable team that acts with integrity and puts people first.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and document observations per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site management and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and activity documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client representatives.
