Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine foot and driving patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flows. You will document observations, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver customer service with integrity. Requirements

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or post orders, and assisting with security-related requests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at entry points by checking identification, logging visitors and/or vendors, issuing badges as directed, and directing deliveries to designated receiving and loading areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities, requesting assistance, and following escalation protocols.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations through timely reports, maintain shift logs, and communicate key information during post transitions.
