Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution location. By conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you help to deter security-related incidents while delivering excellent customer service. Your role supports a secure environment for clients and visitors, reflecting our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first in every interaction.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential risks and unauthorized activities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards at all times.
