As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced sports and events location, you will conduct routine foot patrols and remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge checks, assist guests with friendly customer service, and communicate clearly with site teams to respond to concerns. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including entrances, concourses, seating areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and requests for assistance, and escalate to appropriate responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with crowd and queue management during high-traffic periods.
• Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
