As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site contacts and visitors, document observations, and support a positive customer experience. Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access control points and observe for unusual activity; report concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local emergency services and completing incident documentation as required.
• Support daily commercial property operations by assisting with directions, vendor and delivery check-in, and maintaining a professional presence at all times.
