As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to observe and report any unusual activity.
Document and report all security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site-specific policies.
