As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

• A guard card or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist tenants, visitors, and employees with security-related questions and directions as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support security-related operations at the location.
