As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the overall security-related needs of the property. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within commercial real estate locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist with access control and visitor management, monitoring entrances, exits, and common areas as part of daily patrol responsibilities.
Remain alert and observant to identify potential security-related concerns and provide timely communication to appropriate personnel.
