As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 02:30 PM - 06:30 PM

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious behaviors, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols within the financial institution environment.
Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents or security-related matters.
Assist visitors, employees, and clients with requests or directions, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific protocols.
Document activities, incidents, and observations accurately in daily reports or logs as required.
