As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will engage with visitors and staff, delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues in and around the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
Assist with implementing and following emergency response plans and procedures specific to the financial institution setting.
