Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
This is primarily a driving post and is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Perform access control duties to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity within the location, focusing on the unique needs of a tech, media, and telecom environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing knowledge of the location's protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and/or suspicious activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter breaches and unauthorized access, maintaining awareness of the dynamic environment typical to tech, media, and telecom locations.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to site procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
