About The Position
This position is the primary first responder to all medical emergencies for guest and employee injuries and illnesses. The role involves overseeing and controlling incidents, handling evidence, assisting supervisors in coordinating emergencies, delivering training in the absence of the training coordinator, and reviewing other officer’s reports for accuracy. The Security Officer is expected to provide superior service to the resort’s guests by seeking opportunities to be of service, maintaining highly visible patrols to ensure a safe gaming experience, and assuring quality support to other departments so they may serve guests more effectively.
