As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will support a secure atmosphere for all. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
The working environment and conditions may vary based on the location.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the manufacturing and industrial setting.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the location to help to deter unauthorized access.
Document and maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
