Makes daily and weekly inspections of safety conditions in the complex and make the necessary notifications of departments to take corrective action in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals. Monitor life safety equipment in the Fire Command Center. Conducts inspections, in accordance with procedures, to ensure equipment, i.e., smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, are in proper working order. Responsible for monitoring the main employee/service entrance to the complex and for ensuring that only individuals with the appropriate authorization or credentials enter the back of the house area. Responsible for issuing temporary access credentials to vendors and other visitors as needed. Watches for and conducts timely reporting of irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and blocked egress corridors. Keeps accurate daily logs of alarms received in the Fire Command Center. Keeps daily logs of notifications for abatement of fire and safety hazards. Mains key management logs for the complex. Performs and completes all duties necessary to comply with PGCB mandated requirements, which include but are not limited to, gaming-related drops, card and dice reconciliation, inspection, cancellation, and destruction, re-issuance of poker cards, and transporting locked chip carriers and documents to and from the Chip Bank. Assists as a Security Officer when necessary.
