As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a culture of care and integrity, while providing exceptional customer service as part of a dedicated and reliable team.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address and resolve security-related issues as they arise.
