As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will remain highly visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the premises and/or surrounding areas.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials when required.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Support emergency response protocols in accordance with site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
