Job Description As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Specialist in Brookfield, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document and report incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal policies and client-specific requirements.
Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols, adapting to changing conditions and requirements at the location.
