As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and offer exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of the environment.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site-specific protocols.
Collaborate with location staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
