As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol Driver in North Richland Hills, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a financial institution location. Remaining visible and approachable, you will provide exceptional customer service while monitoring the premises. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access.
- Report and document any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns according to company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related issues as they arise.
- Remain alert and observant throughout the shift, adapting to changing environments and conditions at the location.
